FEE STRUCTURE
My fees are primarily based on square footage with additional charges for specialty items. I cover all elements in your home including, but not limited to: interior rooms, attic and basement, roof, siding, garage and grading, foundations, heating and air conditioning, electrical systems, plumbing, water penetration and gas penetration. While the list is fairly standard, there are occasionally unique cases not listed. Before the inspection, we can discuss any items you may have questions about or upon arrival at the inspection location I can notify you of any other items that may have miscellaneous charges.
